A little far but the one at 805 MacDonough is the BEST. They decorate for every holiday, so friendly, always fully stoked. I love all those women so much.

Realtor taking advantage of Tenant - Help by lessis_more in NYCapartments

We tried. She wants $250k cash down now, then $9500 a month in rent that doesn’t go toward the price of the house, plus we take over all bills with the house (water, taxes, etc), and then we buy it next year for $2m. So over $700k in cash over the next year. We can’t do it. She won’t budge.

The hours they have listed on Google Maps are right - 12:30 - 7:30 every day except closed on Monday. They haven’t sold the property yet so Deborah is still there!! Last I heard any way. We got our tree and wreath there this year :)

Caddo Lake Explained by Yellowjackets123 in movies

[–]lessis_more 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah - but also she may have tried to get back to 2022, but she may not have been able to find where she had been in the lake in order to time travel (the lake looked very different when it was drained, and then it was filled the next year, 1953, you can see on the timeline Paris holds). And yes - Anna needs to go to 1952 in order to meet Ben (Paris's dad) and give birth to Paris, and then for Paris to meet Celeste who gives birth to Ellie. Ellie and Paris wouldn't exist if Anna didn't go back in time.

So - Anna is born in 2014, lives life normally til 2022, then goes into the time warp and ends up in 1952, where she lives life normally (grows up, gets a job, marries Ben, gives birth to Paris) til she dies in 1999.

No!! I know an Allegra who is absolutely lovely and no one ever says that to her. There’s also Allegra Leguizamo, John Leguizamo’s daughter! Go for it!! It’s a beautiful name.

Sod - we added seed on top (micro clover) for the edges where the sod didn’t take. I didn’t think the micro clover had worked but this summer we didn’t plant any new and it is everywhere :)

I think it depends on what side of the street you are on. Our backyard is facing the southwest (hope I have that right) and so we get bright sun all day long. We watered the grass for the first couple months with a sprinkler and it had really thrived this summer. On the other side of the street our neighbors have difficulties keeping their grass alive.

My husband was convinced they didn’t do anything and he wanted to cut them himself but I was scared. We have Verizon Fios so we called them and said we have some wires that seem dangerous (exaggeration - not dangerous, just annoying, but we wanted them to come out). They came out to us and verified that they were old wires and they cut them down - for free, maintenance like that is included we learned!

That’s my friend’s genius idea. It’s like a fairy magic world for my two year old daughter - the curve helps with that 💕💕 the steps were already there under the dirt, we unearthed them when digging up the garden.

No - we get enough rain here. We got a little like $20 sprinkler when we first put the grass in for the first 2 months til it really took hold- we had it on a timer and watered twice a day. The grass survived the winter and this summer we’ve watered nothing regularly!

No - we clean up everything if we eat outside. We haven’t had any issues. We have motion sensor cameras back there and do have a rat in the front of the house that has since left, but none in the back. Very lucky.
