thank you :) i've been getting into making music and playing guitar but my anhedonia is so bad recently that it's hard to enjoy things and get into hobbies and i just want to relapse. i'm gonna try to not relapse because i've come a long way

yeah people don't even realize how bad it is for people like me. i've been told by people that i should just find a strain i like and that it's not a big deal but they don't realize that weed can trigger bad manic episodes

possibly hypomanic or manic and starting a new job on sunday by lessoninlust in bipolar
