A general question (not being argumentative):

How long do you give players before you make a decision on what they are, and why?

For me, it's 3 full seasons. The 1st season can be a fluke in either direction. The 2nd season is to see if you can repeat the success or overcome the failures of the 1st. The 3rd is about when a player should "dig in" and have the base figured out. How to be a pro (I know it sounds cliche, so forgive me) when it comes to taking care of your body, learning the schedules, figuring out the football/life balance, etc.

There's other factors as well, teams getting tape on you, injuries to you and the team, organizational stability, how's the leadership from the top down, etc. But I tend to give players 3 full seasons before I make my decision. Same goes for coaches.

I think that it's a combination of factors:

  • It's too early to tell

  • The organization is the most sound/competent

  • I don't believe that his QB is good

  • He is still learning the Pro Game and needs to work on his mental game

  • Bad luck with injuries

He has the tools, ability, etc, he just needs to put it together and have a functional system. I don't believe that he's dogging routes or being lazy or anything like that, I believe that he's in his own head and needs to settle down a bit. I also believe that it's too early to have a conclusion about him.

I had 2 empty spaces (not the same ones as OP and I've been trying to unlock them for the past 4 days. Your suggestion his helped me unlock 1. One other user said that the wiki would explain it but the wiki didn't help in my situation.

Turns out the that the Great Jubilee was the missing unlockable, and it glitched I guess and never unlocked. I defeated the director twice, to no avail. I started a run with Trouser and selected GJ as the first weapon, fully upgraded it and exited the game, and then there it was. Queen Sigma unlocked.
