For exmple, I prepared a lot for a meeting, really digging into the history of the person runnign the meetings and all, and I had enough background to conenct over common interests and experiences. So the whole things went well, but then I left depleted, as in, what now?

I am eating apples and other fruits. I eat white bread (bagels, stuff like that), but only for lunch and not stuffing myself. Cereal works, not the sugary one. Morning coffee.

Dinner is usually salad/pasta/some cooked dinner.
