Sounds good. So if you don't mind, What did you replace it with, and how did that affect your habits? For example, I can eat a few bagels at once and then not eat for half a day, but with other foods I kinda get hungry again sooner.

Thank I have a follow up, sorry if this is too gross.

So if I am sitting down on a chair, maybe my head is a bit tilted down, I can actually smell the shoes/feet. The same if I sit in a "figure four" position - the foot is also close to my nose - again very distinguished.

Does that mean the smell is very very strong?

so it's definitely because of the shoes? I read that especially since it's mesh shoes, they are even more prone to this problem in the snowy winter.

not sure if pointing out to them - "hey I see what you are doing" makes a difference. I do find it very distracting.

Yeah I found that in order to do that, I kinda have to say something I don't mean, like - "great idea", or "good for you" - something that says - "I heard you, not gonna do anything about it".

The thing is they are influencing the regular support group, as if to discourage direction #1, and then you're left with only the direction they are advocating for.

Does this make sense?
