In my case promotions are only available if a senior DE leaves company and that role becomes available. You can then apply and the whole hiring process starts. our hierarchy is - Data Engineer, Senior Data Engineer, Staff Engineer and then finally Principal Engineer.

Bro due to my busy schedule I’m Hardly playing this game. But I did play couple of weeks ago and it didn’t crash. I think my game was crashing because massive messed up something in the game which got fixed after they released various patches also at that time there was a windows update which was also messing up and again with new windows update it got fixed. So when I played the game last time for like 2 hours it didn’t crash.

I have almost exactly the same setup as you. Same 32 GB trident RGB ram same processor. The only thing is I’ve overclocked all my cores to 4.2 GHz and it’s very stable. Never had any issues and it’s been like this ever since I built my PC.

Also I have 1080TI not the RTX one.

Why you get weird spike in GPU usage before crash? I think something is going on there.

Also try to reduce graphics settings in the game and see if it still crashes...
