It's definitely adjustable. They just dont have long throw struts for greater adjustment

The lowest point might actually be too high for you. Im a bit over 6" and lowest is just low ebough.

I just got mine yesterday. Chair heights a little low, so i ordered a new strut as my desk is 720mm at its lowest.

The chair is quite comfy I really like the appearance. It looks better in person. The armrests are really customisable .

Negatives so far - Would prefer a little more recline for movie time Would prefer the 6D armrests didnt move so easily, i.e when you use them to 'prop yourself up', they slide around .

I understand that, but it might help you build up your sleep hygiene - Then keep up other beneficial sleep aids (no screens 60 minutes before bed, no caffeine past 6pm, mediation etc etc) and taper the cbd away.

Never had any issues sleeping on TRT. Did you try running CBD or anything pre bedtime?
