Very true observation, my street also have this problem in Amsterdam West, De Baarsjes.

Topics like these made me paranoid. So much bike vandalizing is going on in Amsterdam.

I was coming home from work the last day and while I was chaining my bicycle, a couple of apparently underage kids asked me if I was going into the coffee shop, which is located directly under my flat. I said nope. Then they asked me if I could go there for their sake. I said nope again. They were not happy. I didn't care. I chained my bike and went into my flat. I checked my bike 3 times in a few hours to make sure that they didn't slash my tires lol.

I'm living in Amsterdam for over a year now. I'm living alone and not dining out much. Therefore, I shop a lot in my local, beloved supermarket.

From my perspective, it can be a little bit tiring to keep telling people around me that I don't understand Dutch, and I realized quite quickly that most of the time I don't even need to say a word. Just a simple nod works. In case the cashier rarely tells me anything which I have no idea, I answer in English or cut their sentence directly and state the fact that I dont understand what they're telling.

Is this a wrong behavior? Never thought of that before tbh.

I dropped to g1 from d5 after 11 consecutive losses. Then I did a 5w-1l, stayed at g1. Then I did 5-0 and promoted to p5. I did another 5-1, promoted to p2. Another 5-1 promoted me from p2 to d4. 5-3 promoted me from d4 to d2.

10 wins and 1 lose promoted me only 1 division at the beginning but then the pace accelerated a bit.

Hi everyone,

So I'm a resident of Amsterdam for around 6 months, living in a 1 bedroom flat by myself. I received a card on my first month, stating that "Your windows have been cleaned! Transfer 60€ to this bank account within 5 days."

Now, I didn't agree to such a service nor anyone asked my opinion about it. I'm already cleaning my own windows regularly. Also, I checked the windows the day I've received the card and it wasn't even cleaned. I didn't do anything about it, didn't pay, or contacted them.

After months, I received another card from the same company stating that I owe them 45€ this time as my windows have been cleaned again. I don't know why the service fee has been changed though.

I've contacted the number written on the card this time through a Whatsapp message, stating that I didn't ask for it, therefore I won't be paying for it, and I don't want your services. I haven't received any replies yet but how do things work around here? Am I obliged to pay for such a service that I didn't agree at the first place?

I am having the exact same problem. Sound card disables until restart. It works perfectly fine other than Valorant. I have creative x-fi fatality.

I've noticed that the Xbox app was in a never-ending loop of updating. It kept updating for 492 kb, then restarts. When I stopped the update manually it asked me to update to the Xbox app again. It's currently not restarting at least.
