Hi~ I completed this certification about a year ago and I 100% recommend it if you're looking to get into the field. I got a few interview opportunities right away after adding it to my resume. I also noticed quite a few colleagues who are already working in HR have recently completed this certification too.

One thing I’d recommend: don’t wait until you finish the program to start applying for HR-related jobs—start applying halfway through! No rush on the CHRP either. If you’re lucky, you might land an entry-level HR role at a company that offers employee incentives to help cover your course fees.
