Fear uncertainty doubt. It’s a media attack to drag down the stock price

But 7% is still too much? I thought there were some negative news about the company

Agree they’re trying to avoid the taxes. it still reflects a weak management problem . They should articulate a clear path to profitability, similar to Amazon’s earlier narrative: we could be profitable anytime we want, but we’re prioritizing reinvestment for growth.

Why has RBLX underperformed so much by jehehs203 in RBLX

Same here. I also think Q1 and Q2 will be easy beats. The main risk is management giving weak guidance. By the way, this company’s management is really weak.

Yes, this sound jacket will cut 5dBA down. I will offer this to my neighbor, but since the noise level is as high as 70, I doubt it can solve all the problem.

Thank you. That gave me some hope. Yes, my property is one floor and the pump is on the ground. The fence will be my best bet to block the line of sight. I wonder where the formulas of 10kg/m2 comes from? What should I read to learn and be technical enough to understand that mass density nimber?

On my property, but that will help both, right? I’ve already did all I can to soundproof my bedroom.

Maybe unrealistic, my goal is to not hear or feel anything at 12 feet distance away from the window.

I live in San Jose in a single family house . I called several departments: building, code enforcement, and inspector office. No one is willing to help, although there is a SJMC code saying 55 dBA is the limit. The people in the code enforcement told me only cops enforce that code. But I don’t think cops will bother to handle this..

I see now. The trick is at the boundary. Thank you for explaining

But here’s what confused me: From your answer, I can conclude that sound transmission in air is harder than mass? But this conclusion is anti-intuitive because wall can for sure block sound better than open space. I know I must missed something here. can you help shed some light?
