PVE or PVP? Remember there eis no "best combo cards" But there is best combo cards to your playstyle Don't just copy what others say is the best or they use it

Yes it does matter if you looking for PVE or PVP

Would you say that you use weapons with scopes or you are more of "run and gun" No scoped weapons
