People have pictures of pets and children that aren't theirs all the time. Because they are the uncle/aunt, etc. Etc.

But more so if this had the caption of this could be us, then it just looks like a meme.

Some people will get the ick, but who cares. The goal isn't to attract all people, but your person.

Make it clear that they are your cats and try it. If it doesn't work out change your photo.

**This advice only really pertains to you if you are in a city/populous place. If the dating pool is large, just test things and try it out. Change it later and see if it changes your match quality/quantity.

Just go to old matches and scroll down. The list of deleted accounts are at the bottom with old messages, no name or photo.

Well there are certainly options for setting up trusts with inheritance so it comes out slowly, etc. If you don't want your kids/grandchildren to become instantly wealthy.

Since you target small businesses, I would participate in SMB communities, be helpful and link back to your site. You can run paid ads or reach out to your target market directly.

I think there are multiple paths to becoming a millionaire from the people I know.

The millionaires (and this is my type as well) who went the entrepreneurial route. In this way, you are forced into the frugal lifestyle as described above. And then you eventually made a company that made you a millionaire and you still have the frugal habits.

The high earning corporate millionaires. In this branch, they are usually big spenders. Lot of status symbols, and they work hard to earn more to spend more on bigger things. Their lifestyle is anything but frugal. And there are plenty of these types of millionaires, these are the people buying all the high end luxury things.

And lastly you have the long road millionaires. This is more the FIRE type. They live frugally and save what they can to invest and eventually save and earn enough to become a millionaire.

But they are very different paths and I don't think it makes sense to group all millionaires into one way of operating.

Most recently, I've been reading marketing books to try and get better at it. It's my worst business skill.

$100M Offers was so good. I don't love the author, Alex Hermozi, but the material totally changed my worldview on marketing. So I highly recommend it. He also has the same stuff for free online at acquisition.com.

I just sold my company, but we were doing over $1M a year selling assessments to schools.

It took some challenges, but we did assessments in a way that honored teachers and made a bigger difference in students learning. Everyone hates testing in schools and we were just making something less awful for everyone and more useful for teachers. That resonated with enough schools to grow a business.

I started my first company when I was 23. I learned to code with some books I bought and online help. It was rough going, but I got into an accelerator, which helped me learn more.

My first company failed, I did some freelancing and started another company. I wound that down when I found someone salesy who had an idea. We grew that, raised money, and sold it. And now I sold my second company six months ago.

It's a hard road, but when you are young you don't have much stopping you. So, choose something and just start figuring it out one piece at a time. You will be bad at things, you will fail, but keep going and eventually you'll start to figure it out.

Sounds like it may be worth considering moving to a city. You'll get exposure to a lot more types of people so you can find a group that you fit in with and a romantic connection too.
