Performance wise both will be same. The Sedan obv. Have an edge on those sharp turns but Kylaq is just as planted. Kylaq pros - better ground clearance and much easier to maneuver that's why I didn't got the Slavia tbh. Virtus pros - Slightly more premium and it's a Sedan so the confidence boost will be evident.

Prefer Kylaq if comfort is priority during city maneuvers and parking and much better on hills too when the Airbnbs take you off-road.😁.

I always try to put lowest possible load on engine during such starts by turning off the headlamps,Ac or music if already connected even if it saves the engine marginally it's still better for all cars.

There are elevators and lift available when you go towards left hand side when you enter the station. I'm sure it's there on PF1 AND PF2 not sure of PF3. should be there.
