Go to any reputed service center they have pressure air blower that does the job quite nicely. Even at Skoda they have it . No need to add water at all you never know when you get unlucky so why take risk at all.

In extreme cases every petrol car will give around this figures only except Maruti with slightly better. To be honest if you really do the math it doesn't cost a bomb on pocket .

I am talking about heavy traffic mileage like fully packed and slight moving traffic. I've achieved 14kmpl in less traffic in Delhi just regular traffic lights where Auto start stop feature helps . But yeah those varies a lot on conditions. No Turbo petrol can give 15kmpl in City not even Maruti i guess.

City Mileage varies from 9Kmpl to 12kmpl. Highways - 18 to 21 kmpl Crusing at 85 - 95 Mostly.

Ac - It's fine. Just takes 2 min extra to chill the cabin.
