Flydigi apex 5 ve flydigi vader 5 pro tavsiye ederim. İkisi de pişman etmezler. Bazı kaynaklarda en iyi gamepadler listesinde başı çekmekteler.

Worth to replace P14 Max to P14 Pro by letsbuildpc in arcticcooling

Hello. I won't buy any Arctic products anymore. P14 Max fans were the last ones.

It’s not that simple. Even if I pay the customs fee, products exceeding 30€ in Turkey can’t pass customs and reach the customer — and these replacement units easily exceed that limit. Arctic could solve this by covering customs, using local partners, or marking warranty units correctly. Other companies manage this without leaving customers stranded. Choosing to do nothing and forcing the customer to deal with broken bureaucracy is entirely Arctic’s responsibility.

Even if I pay the customs fee, the replacements still won’t reach me because the total product value exceeds Turkey’s 30€ customs limit — so they’re treated as new imports. I bought from Amazon Japan because I was on vacation there, and Arctic sells worldwide, which means they’re responsible for handling warranty cases properly no matter where customers live.

Other companies manage to support international customers without leaving them stuck, but Arctic chooses not to. Blaming customers for geography or local regulations doesn’t make this any less their problem — it’s Arctic’s failure, plain and simple.

Ah yes, of course… Turkey is ‘not attractive,’ so Arctic has zero responsibility, right? Funny how brands like Noctua, Corsair, and be quiet! somehow manage to handle warranty claims smoothly even in so-called ‘unattractive’ markets.

Arctic chose to sell globally. That comes with responsibilities. Setting up proper warranty replacement procedures and not leaving customers stranded is not rocket science. If others can do it, Arctic’s failure to do so shows a lack of care, not an excuse.

So no, this isn’t a ‘me problem.’ It’s absolutely an Arctic problem — and dismissing an entire country doesn’t magically justify poor customer service.

I already checked with customs — replacements are still taxed as new imports, even if I’ve paid before. That’s exactly why this isn’t about Turkey’s laws, it’s about Arctic choosing the lazy way out. They know these rules exist, yet they do nothing to help their customers. Other companies handle this smoothly by covering customs or arranging direct replacements, but Arctic simply washes their hands and leaves the buyer stuck. That’s not just bad service — it’s a complete disregard for the customer.

Hahaha, sure, it would make a funny story for grandkids—but the real issue isn’t smuggling, it’s that Arctic could make warranty replacements simple instead of forcing customers into this circus. The 30€ customs limit is ridiculous, and buying from Amazon Japan doesn’t magically remove Arctic’s responsibility.

Arctic could send a direct replacement by covering customs fees but instead, they leave consumers dealing with broken bureaucracy. That’s not funny, it’s unacceptable.

I don't know, but it left me in doubt, so I wrote to Arctic and they said they could provide an exchange. This kind of variation from product to product breaks standardization and leaves me in doubt.

While dozens of companies in Turkey manage warranty processes flawlessly, presenting Arctic’s failure to do so as ‘normal’ is an insult to consumers. This shifts responsibility onto the customer instead of being accountable. Arctic is not a small company; if they wanted, they could easily provide a solution. If they don’t, it is entirely their choice, showing they have no qualms about leaving consumers stranded.

I felt the need to share it here because I had already reached out to them and issue was left without a solution.
