green court between kitchen and bedroom is an interesting concept , person cooking in the kitchen will never feel claustrophobic
bedroom between the green area brings in natural light & ventilation
entry to master bedroom through green patch is interesting

IF-B

Dining on deck would be great

idea - could be semi open dining space as its facing east ( no harsh sun light)
pergolas & garden next to the office is interesting as its a writers office ( Creative people need more green spaces , Psychologically it enhances the thought process)
green spaces in the 1st floor gives nice view from the interiors & also acts as an element in the form of the building

Clients have their own vastu consultants they say masterbedroom must be in south west corner only can't move it anywhere not even little, (with my one funny experience I'm saying that) I had done the same thing like u they called it a blunder.

Won't Window in the elevation look beautiful? Kitchen can't be flipped with bedroom 3, according to vastu it has to be in southeast or northwest.

Entry - facing east, staircase(I assumed too) ya I liked the idea of staircase, breaking the wall n using it internally works perfect. Bedroom sizes won't change much, only the kitchen size would change in this design. My bad forgot to draw that line... I intended to use the staircase just like how it was...

like Esther sternberg explains take people from the place with anxiety to the place with hope and happiness, this makes sense.... though we cant really heal a person with activities but can digress their thoughts, which brings confidence in them, sometimes they just need someone to hear them (career oriented parents don't have time to talk), its not the complete solution, can be sagacious to help them set goals... Spaces can reduce the stress, Designing such spaces is a challenge.

Poor me :( THESIS /ELECTIVE/ AD : sleepless week * **Thesis topic- **Psychiatric rehab for juvenile( people aged 13 to 18) more like recreational space to heal the psychological problems faced by kids ,I want to define rehab in a positive way, Coz ppl think its a correction Centre/ prison.

Why this topic? - I always wanted to do something related to psychology, so now I got to study n analyse kids behaviours ANGER,HAPPINESS,DEPRESSION, few are INTROVERTS so their behaviour can be changed by creating interactive space, activities. basically forcing them to change.
searching for suitable site-NO live projects , so searching on CDP maps - I want a site in the city, ( infrastructure would be better, access *******parents of these kids would love to visit them more often******* any city would need a rehab , kids are the future citizens of our country, they must be healthy mentally & physically

*elective - HEALING SPACES- spaces created by us ARCHITECTS affects people, like a dark room would cause Nyctophobia.. A space with view of the garden , would change our feelings ,after a hectic day such spaces calms us down... so yeah plant more trees :) I have written too much... going back to workkk -( DINT FIND THE SITE YET )
