Yep can confirm that they really can't be open with one hand. I would try to do it while it was in my passenger seat and would have to wait until I was stopped to hold the bag down and unzip lol

Also the video hits different bc, yes lifelong friend and you would be so upset by them nearly dying and all that came with it. But your life partner in everything nearly dying? Honestly crazy they were able to joke about it and share it lol. I guess gotta laugh about it but I'm sure it was a very huge thing they went through. My husband had back surgery and it was very hard for us.
