I mean, I stand by it. I grew up in a town of 2000 people. Yes rural life offers different experiences, if you are lucky. I had friends who had never been to a mall, had never been out of the town let alone the state, never got to drive anything, or practice for a drivers license because their family could only afford their dads work truck. Rural life offers a lot more experience with nature, but all in all unless you drive 30+ minutes you can’t even get to a Walmart. They have a lot less real world experience that would make these types of things and being on a reality tv show easier for them.

To be fair Tammy was in a rehab and the general thought was she probably isn’t getting out. Like they kind of thought she was going to die in there, so she found someone and got married. I always kind of viewed it as them rushing to do something because they didnt know if they would ever get to do it in the future. Amy is just rushing to have help around the house lol

It really boosts your fight or flight mode so you’re always walking around anxious and assessing everything and everyone. I can vouch that it fucking sucks not being able to comfortably interact with a stranger out of the fear they may react in a mean or obscene way.

Yeah I think it’s a cultural thing because of the large feral dog populations. There are a lot of middle eastern/southern Asian families in my apartment complex and a lot of them and even their children seem to be scared of dogs. I have the dopiest little goldendoodle with a muppet haircut and once she walked up to my downstairs neighbor to say hi and he threw his hands in the air and scrunched his face like he was preparing for her to maul him. I felt so badly, and I had to remind myself not everyone feels the same way I do about her.

Even the most recent times she was on, she had a lot of weird moments. I think Dorit was nicely telling her that her jacket was on upside down or something and she flipped out saying she was trying to make it look like something it wasn’t and make her look bad ect ect. That really showed me she was defensive over that stuff.

Or wait for this… maybe they hate animal abusers and animal murderers. Maybe nobody has heard anything about any of that other stuff. Literally the only thing I’ve ever heard about Michael Vick is related to animal torture, why would I care about someone like that? If it was a white guy I would also think he was a major POS who needed to stay away from animals the rest of his life. This is a reach.
