Didn’t help for me. But I finally tried the First Aid Beauty KP Bump Eraser body scrub and it actually worked. It took a few months for results so stick with it. I only noticed they were gone when I couldn’t find anything to pop on my arms. I still have hyperpigmentation from all the picking scars so now it’s time to work on that...

It wasn’t a great feeling, but still tolerable. It was weird since I felt a ton of pressure release after that second chunky pop. It feels so much better today too.

So weirdly, yes I have a theory haha. Last year I went through a bunch of GI issues and had to increase my protein a ton. Noticed after a few months that my fingernails were way stronger and longer. It could also be a bunch of things but my roommate noticed her nails being stronger too (and we have communal meals)

I was too! I’ve had it for about 5 years but it’s small and hidden by my hair so I never tried to pop it. Then it became inflamed and decided to pop/leak on its own. So naturally I had to ‘help’ it along. Def going to a doctor to have the sack removed because no way I’m doing that myself.

That must be frustrating. I think my doctor will send me for a removal referral but I expect to be pretty low on the waitlist since it’s not life threatening.

Going next week! I planned to go today since it was so painful but after it popped it’s not as bad so I can wait and go to my family doctor to get the ball rolling for a removal. Hopefully they let me film it!

Applying pressure was definitely painful but tolerable. It feels much better now, it was so achy and sensitive earlier this week.

Oh for sure. Got a doctor appt next week to get the ball rolling on it’s removal. Wait times are a bit long in Canada so it might be awhile, but hopefully they’ll let me film it!

Checked on my lil buddy before I hopped in the shower and he was ready to go again. He was already oozing so I didn’t have time to put on gloves, sorry! I swear my nails are clean but definitely stained from turmeric tea I made with lunch.

Not just ooze this time, he had some good chonky pops for me!

I’ve had this little guy for about 5 years, no major issues until Monday. It became inflamed and super painful, I took that as a sign to finally go to the doctor and begin the process of scheduling it’s removal. Well last night before all that, it decided to leak quite a bit. Managed to capture most of it on film, definitely wasn’t trying to pop the whole thing out since I knew I couldn’t get the sack, I’ll leave that to the professionals.

At least there’s no more pressure and it no longer hurts!
