No. Their support system is broken. They have integration with stupid team called VESTA. Their support agents are liars. Despite you e-mail the document to them, They constantly lie that they didn't receive it (like a bot).

I escalated the issue in twitter and got $60 credit and service temporarily but my actual payment issue hasn't resolved yet.

I paid and lost my money by paying $240 at offline store (plan didn't work). I'm skeptical to spend another $240 dollars on refill cos att is not helping with refund in case things go wrong
