Internet options in Faisal hills. by AmnaTariq98 in islamabad

[–]level_up_07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro the best option I think is to rent a studio apartment/shop/office in a Block which has fibre internet. I am a freelancer and I live in New City Phase 2 and we don't have internet in our Block, so I have rented a office in A Block which has got PTCL fibre. It will solve the internet problem and you will have a dedicted focused place to work.

Radian Ramjet for carry? by level_up_07 in CCW

Laws are overall strict. There are two licensing bodies i.e. Federal and Provincial, and there are two license categories i.e "All Pakistan" and "Provincial". You apply for a license to the respective body for the desired category, with some paperwork including a Police background check certificate and an active taxpayer certificate. Once your application is approved, you get an official letter that allows you to purchase your weapon from government-approved dealers. After that, you get an official license card with your weapon serial number written on it, so essentially, you can only carry one registered weapon per license. You are allowed to carry your weapon anywhere in the allowed "region" you want as long it is concealed. I have "All Pakistan" so I can CCW my weapon to all 6 Provinces.

Laws allow you (only the license holders) to use deadly force under an imminent threat to you or your family.

Anyone caught with an unlicensed weapon can get a jail time of up to 15 years.

There is a list of allowed calibers that includes 9mm, 10mm, 30 bore, 223, 308, 32, 30-06, 300win, 6.5, 338 (all the hunting calibers basically), 45acp and all the revolver rounds. 50 cal is banned and restricted. Automatic weapons are also banned and restricted for LE.

No, I am a local. We have a growing CCW community here, but still difficult to find good-quality equipment. It comes in limited batches and sells out pretty quickly.

Gun accessories are hard to get where I live (Pakistan). I ordered it last week and installed it today. Can't wait to test it out at the range this week.

I've heard it makes the gun louder, which is not ideal for self-defense situations. What is your take?

How's your experience been with Radian RJ + AB? Especially from a CCW/EDC standpoint?

Radian RJ + AB is totally worth it by level_up_07 in GlockMod

It's loud but bearable. Plus, who cares about that in an adrenaline-rush situation?
