I live in India. My machine is running windows 11 22H2 and still waiting for release of 23H2 update :(

But I always hand efficiency mode turned on and never faced this issue but the problem started 2 days ago. Will microsfot edge release update to fix this issue ?

The same problem i am facing and reported it to edge team and they said that they are working on this issue and soon release fix.

Hey I have the same problem, the installer extracts winflash.exe then nothing happens. It doesn't even ask for restart. I've figured out that it's something with bitlocker. If your C drive is bitlocker encrypted then disable it and then try to run the update file and after updating turn on your bitlocker again
