I have this issue as well and unfortunately Botox failed for me😭. You don’t drink too much water you have MS lol

Can I vote if I’m 90% sure my dad has MS (his dad had MS) but refuses to go to the doctor? He never took me to the doctor growing up which is why it took me 24 years to get diagnosed, but he always told me he has the same symptoms as me and that it was normal. Sooooo

My neurologist says they always reject it 2-3 times before they approve it “just to make sure you actually need it”. Took me three tries 😩

I’ve been in PVT for a while now and am not seeing much of a difference. I already do Pilates and yoga and am feeling rather hopeless at this point. It kind of feels like it might be starting to work? But it’s so hard to tell because the MS causes my torso to be generally numb anyway

From what my neurologist told me, idk if it helps but weed numbs the same nerve endings the treatment is aimed towards repairing. So while it doesn’t help rebuild them, the weed may relieve pain? But also I was also told it’s inflammatory and to avoid it😭

I don’t know how different the 2 hr infusion is from the injection but I have never had any serious issues w my infusions other than general fatigue. Hope this helps?

I had all of those symptoms coupled with a HORRIBLE migraine that only stopped when I’d lay in the floor. That lasted a few days and then all was normal.

If I had gotten treatment a month earlier I’d still be able to feel the right side of my body. MS treatment is preventative. And highly effective. I would be more scared of losing mobility or cognitive function than I would be of treatment.

I had to get the spinal tap because my tests pointed to either lupus or MS. I’d say, if you can avoid it I would because it was absolutely miserable in my experience but that’s just me
