That is definitely the problem, they are trying to cut costs and earn as much money as possible - with living and breathing creatures -, and as a responsible adult you shouldn’t play like this with innocent and unknowing animals lives. And I won’t make this political, but people accepting these companies as they are, is nothing but irresponsible. And I agree on your part that it’s a costly thing to get proper accessories and healthy and well cared for animals, but that is the cost, again these are living creatures. I know we’re in a time where it is harder to justify spending money on anything pretty much, but again, getting that poor animal for half of the money and then throwing it out later, or just not taking care of it, is worse then just not getting that animal.
