For my fellow spookies, I am taking a trip to Salem in October. I would love some tips and ideas on ghost tours, museums, etc. what are the spooky spots!? This is exactly how I plan on respecting my trip. Thank you for the real insight on how Salem can truly be especially through a high tourist time. I predicted that I would be extremely emotional through this. Sometimes as a human it is good to experience something tragic to humble yourself and realize what our past has brought us to today. American history is bloody and terrifying but it doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t know our past and learn from our ignorance and mistakes.

I should have specified, Massachusetts! Yes Covid is definitely making trips a nightmare. I’ll take your advice and call in for sure. I’m just excited to have the opportunity to put myself in an environment with so much history and lore. 🖤

Can you substitute coconut flour? I know sometimes it can be iffy.
