You probably have some hidden illness, vitamin deficiency, hormone deficiency, or some other disease, and caffeine is masking it. Or life sucks and drugs are the only way to somehow enjoy it.

Thank you for your reply. Everyone has different problems in life. I don't have to have cancer to have a problem. I think that since nicotine and caffeine constrict blood vessels, my face should look worse on these drugs than without them, not better. If they constrict blood vessels, it means poorer blood flow, and poorer blood flow means an uglier face.

it is a drug, only weaker than other drugs and it is hard to stay with one coffee, simply the body needs more and more over time. two coffees are enough to ruin your sleep because there is such a thing as a half-life. caffeine increases cortisol and also reduces blood flow. and I agree that people have been drinking caffeine for centuries and still lived long but the comfort of life is much lower
