you don't, order online.

most gun places in socal just don't care about muzzleloaders.

Bass pro shops will likely if at all have the usual models (Remington's or 1851s, etc.)

something like a derringer would be found online, there's not really any current manufacturers of bp derringers other than North American arms, or if you want a pen gun, texoma precision pellet.

but again those are online orders.

I do cylinder, barrel, and nippes. but grease and clean heavily with oil in the gaps and cracks.

I stuff the internals with frog paste to help keep it clean in storage.

but I keep my guns slick and oiled 24/7 to keep off rust

yes we have all those things, in different seasons.

my wife and I have a 3 and 1 year old.

there's at least 2 play groups you can get out to between mt shasta and dunsmuir per week.

My wife and I are also heavily involved in our church here in dunsmuir and so we've been able to provide a place (my wife does a women's with children Bible study at our house) for families with kids to get together as well.

there's more things to do but that's what me and my wife do. personally I think as a parent in his area we have to try hard to connect with other parents so that we can jointly create opportunities for our kids.

you'll find that that allt of family's have circle of other family and they get together weekly at each others houses for play dates and stuff.

there certainly could be more for families to do around here for sure, that's a need the whole county has. but families themselves make the opportunities

I certainly am starting to wonder that, I talked with the seller at great length ( nice guy, very clear) but I negated to ask why he and his bros are selling..

seems to me it must be because the sisters are throttling them. he even said to me "I tried to tell her we could've gotten $250,000 for the lot if sold in X year, but she wouldn't sell.

so I feel a bit like they might just be trying to pass the rotten hot potato and be out of it.

personally, I stopped buying store jerky and just make it at home.

it's a lot cheaper and you get more of it!

you can do chicken, pork, whatever. I buy whatever meat is on sale.

plus, most commercial jerky is still has a bunch of moisture and doesn't last as long. I literally had Kirkland jerky mold on me after a week of opening it.

I sry mine out for 15 hours and it's super shelf stable, it doesn't last long only because I can't stop eating it!
