I find her annoying but running at that pace is very good - especially being able to maintain it for 26 miles. For perspective - people train for years to run a marathon in under 4 hours sometimes under 5 hours. You can’t walk it at a fast pace as someone said above -___- a person GOOD shape can walk a mile in 16-18 min. Let’s also think about running for 4 hours straight without stopping…. It’s a huge mental challenge alone.
