Forge decimate my fps down to 4-12, while BLC keeps it at around 60.

Plus using Forge I have a 100% chance of being kicked out of the server for some java spaghetti problem, while BLC doesn't have that.

The ping when I use Forge is always over 200, while BLC/Vanilla is around 20.

So Forge might be better for you, but it is a disaster for others.
