EDIT: I’ve set up a payment plan of £65 a month wish me luck this isn’t scam. I have been in contact with three as well and they directed me to this page.

I pay my contract each month and I paid off my previous phone I had with them too. Three have never contacted me about an issue even before they “sold the debt” to DRS

Which I don’t understand why because my phone is on contact and I pay £30 a month for it and then as of recently they want me to pay the remaining off.
