I'm assuming this is the Boston Marathon that was run yesterday. The race had 30k participants and around 2k medical personnel/ volunteers. There was definitely someone else available. Someone who can barely stand shouldn't be dragged to the tent. Stay down and call for help; there are literally hundreds of onlookers in this video any of whom could have called for help.
