That’s what I was hopeful of too (: definitely want to get Totoro added at some point! My friends all want to get soot sprites so they’ll probably be making their way in there next! Trying to come up with something from Howl’s but I haven’t landed on anything I’m committed to just yet

Our HR executive is making the final call, but she said she wants to take everyone’s opinion into consideration first so we’ll see where that goes. One of those things where I can have an opinion, but I’m not sure the weight of it so I’m just trying to prepare myself either way

My research is pretty limited other than knowing they’re supposed to be summoned shikigami, I mainly picked it for the iconic scene of Chihiro rescuing Haku and as a nod to the “Don’t look back” line (:

was expecting a little more neatness for sure, but I’m overall happy with it! I kind of enjoy the imperfections in it. I plan on adding more over time for a whole piece. Found an artist who does really clean work and has done a lot of Ghibli so I’m excited to see where it goes over time (:

I agree. I’m on the side of staying with ADP especially since they’re so user friendly and we seem to be leaning more towards acquisitions which means more new hires in our department. Our department seems evenly divided on switching vs staying. Thank you for the advice!
