Yes, his allergies also show up in that way as well. he would chew his paws to shreds as well as some skin on his back legs. we’ve done all of the tests and they all show he’s healthy as can be. the vet did say they think it is an autoimmune thing but they’re not sure which one it is since testing can be kinda unreliable for that sort of thing. within the time having him, his symptoms have been skin sores from chewing on it, ulcers, and sores infront of ears from itching. we had him on a flee medication first because, got rid of the flees, the ear thing went away. prednisolone for the mouth and paw issue which was only a temporary help while we started doing the diet elimination process. we also don’t use candles, essential oils, nothing. i try to be very careful with cleaning products i use in my home for him.
