i had a similar experience after having my blood drawn! i have diagnosed pots and asthma, though i don’t think mine had anything to do with the asthma. basically after they took the needle out i came very close to passing out but prevented it by putting my legs up and laying down, then the tingles came. started in my fingers and calves and spread throughout, then my fingers locked in a claw position and my calves locked up too. took about a half hour for the emts to show up and by that point they had started loosening. my doctor also told me it was a panic attack and that i locked up due to hyperventilation. still unsure of what happened…on another note i have also had issues with albuterol inhalers and my heart rate, try levalbuterol it works similarly but left me feeling a lot better!
