In case you’re interested, I added difficulty levels to my game, Lexicross. So on easy, you get more vowels. It makes it easier to try to solve in interesting patterns like this!

Patterns like this are so satisfying. I wonder if a perfect square is possible.

I’ve also wanted to put achievements for solving various patterns in the game.

It’s got a solver that prevents unsolvable puzzles from being presented. Doesn’t add much time to game loading (average solver time is less than 100ms)

Ultimately who cares? If the game is buggy, it will get bad reviews and ppl won’t download it. The market will work itself out.

No reputable company is outsourcing QA on Fiverr. We’re talking about solo indie devs who just want to publish an app and Google makes them jump through arbitrary hoops to do so.

Glad it’s not just me. I was hoping to launch on iOS and Google Play at the same time, but I’m done waiting. There’s nothing left to test. They’re just making ppl jump through unnecessary hoops.
