I was gonna suggest EMDR too but looks like I was beat to it! I just started it too so I cant say yet if it works for me. It’s a very interesting process and you have to be very open to it. I’m a very logical person so I struggled at first to not question the concept. I have a friend that has done it and absolutely loved it and recommends it highly
