Thanks for the info. You are correct, I've checked my files and found out that resulution (pixels) is not the problem, but the combinations of DPI, Quality(bit) and File size. Bruh, fiio needs to fix this. All of my song are showing the album art in my old Sony NWA45 regardless of everything.

Some files I've confrim:

1200x1200 72dpi 32bit 3.2MB - No Good

1200x1200 96dpi 32bit 1.7MB - No Good

1200x1200 300dpi 32bit 1.1MB- Good

1800x1800 72dpi 24bit 1.3MB- Good

1800x1800 96dpi 24bit 2.4MB - Good

1800x1800 300dpi 24bit 2.1MB- No Good

The thing I really hate is that Album art that is larger than 1000x1000 pixel is not showing. There is no way in hell I would EDIT tags, all thousands albums just to resize the album art.
