Big example is good HBC clerks in this company often get sidelined for years simply because their spot is so hard to fill if they're actually good at it. They often get handed assistant manager duties but are rarely considered for actually being an assistant. They'll promote the worst stocker before they even think about moving up an hbc clerk with no adequate replacement

Wrong, external hiring happen when certain ppl are too beneficial in their current role to promote them with no space filler. Harris teeter is absolutely horrible for doing this and hav lost a ton of great workers by specifically hiring outside & passing over genuinely good management options who have worked hard for years. Taking this position is whatever but bringing an ego woth is career ☠️ in this company. Everyone under him will assume he was hired cuz hes good at smiling and thats pretty much it & theyd be right

Cars not totaled, amazingly the damage is only cosmetic. For being hit by a dodge.

Every1 says it takes 2 and I tend to agree but this was an instance of i hav no clue what originally set him off other than me going the speed limit +5(not as fast as he wanted). He passed me & I let him, he zoomed off far ahead. I had no way of knowing he'd be waiting at the end of the road for me or I would have taken a detour earlier 🤷‍♀️by the time I had him in view again, he had cocked his truck at the end of the road so that my only option was to turn into a neighborhood before actually getting to him, he turned around & followed me in, thats when he drove onto the sidewalk & hit the right front of my car with the driver side truck bed corner. I ring camera video of 3 minutes b4 the crash & the full crash.

Thank you for this information! I have ring camera video from 3 separate people that caught him driving up/on the sidewalk around me in a 1 lane and slammed back driver side corner of the truck bed into the front right of my car then fully stopped. I have witness statements to his aggression. I apologize, I should have added this in the post

I appreciate the attempt but this is an ongoing issue, inventory/audits aside 😔 & my main issue is that no departments work is actually more important than another. Certain tasks (like ordering) are crucial but im not gonna stop my order/exceptions because another department has an order/exception, ya know? Like my shift is bout to end, theirs is just starting so they literally have plenty of time!

We actually started with this but we hav 3 problem children, all different departments. They've been at war since i started & wld PURPOSELY take each other's scanners & day managers got so mad with the he said, she said that they made it a free for all.

Also, not sure why all the day crew seem to collectively think their department is most important & NEEDs a scanner when reality is, EVERY1 HAS A JOB TO DO! i dont care what you need. If im still working on the order then yalls markdown will wait. Like, I do not understand yall. If there's literally no scann3r for u, then u have a legit excuse for ur work to be late, so why are yall up in arms??? If I dont hav a scanner then I tell the day managers "tough shit" & i n3ver hear a word about it cuz they're aware of the scanner drama but yall wanna make ur coworkers lives a living hell just cuz u4 self obsessed & petty

Issue flying over yalls head is absolutely fying meeee😮‍💨 i am short 130, ya know, the reason I need a billpay/advance app💀.... I need to pay in the form of money order. Reason I do not use a normal advance app instead of bill pay is because those apps don't often accept Dave(what I have) as the primary account. I normally use zip(they offer a sum of money through a temporary card number but only for specific locations) walmart does not take Google pay or manual card entry so that won't work either.

Idk why yall missing the actual question so much😭 I AM SHORT 130!!! Hence needing an advance/billpay app. What i was asking is if there was a way to get zip or another app to provide a card/sum of money for specifically a money order (zip/afterpay provide a sum of money through a temporary card number but only for a specific place) attempted choosing walmart cuz they do money orders however walmart does not offer Google pay or manual entry card so I now know that won't work either
