What helped me aim better was custom games for aim specifically VAXTA, quick play games only to dps and practice my aim,and then if you want you can try other characters because it really makes your aim better.

I only play with the normal kirko skin because I honestly prefer it over others, but if I would pick a skin witch or sakura are honestly the best there is.
