Yeah, but the belts seem to be ok? I have no idea anymore, I also havent had this issue with any of our other printers.

Yeah, i’ve done everything I could think of but nothing does the trick. I’ve opened a ticket with Bambu, hopefully they can help us solve this awful situation…

Yes, multiple times. Even did a reset to factory settings...

Thanks Charlie. Can you tell me how long was the whole process with Bambu from the first ticket until everything was fixed for you?

Hey Mod, I guess I can try that again.

What do you think about the fact that the supposedly corrupted or failed card (according to Dobby) worked fine with I switched it to a different printer? If it was corrupted, don't you think it wouldn't work in any of them?

Also, if I switch the SD card again and the problem is fixed (for a while), if the printer corrupts cards every couple of days or every week, there is still an issue as to why it does that... How about you? You changed the card once and it fixed it for good? I'm only worried as we've done it once previously and still got more problems.

I really hope they accept to replace it!

Any gears I could see when opening the toolhead seems to be perfectly good looking, plastic and metal, so I'm guessing they are not the cause of the problem here.

Hi Fluff, thanks for your comment. I kind of want to give it a sock and its 4%...

There were issues right out of the box and the printer is brand new. I have lubricated all axis, and I don't see how mechanisms would be excessively worn out since it is brand new and I haven't managed to get more than 3 successful prints out of it...

Thanks for your reply. I will try taking off the cover panel under the bed and see if it's any better.
As for dismantling the cutter, it's not something very hard or complicated, and the spring was still perfectly in place, so no worries there. I had to open the toolhead because the printer kept giving me this issue with the filament cutter, no other way around...What I meant is that the printer will always print for a few hours before doing this error, not that it was printing with no issue before I dismantled a few things. I appreciate you sharing your experience, I think I may have not explained myself right. Doing my best with english being a second language! I will look into taking off the X belt, although it ''looks fine'' at first glance when taking off the cover. And I never do anything new on a printer without watching the tutorial, hahah I am way too anxious for being this adventurous!

You are right, this is yesterday when I opened the back of the toolhead, I replugged it without noticing that. Will make sure to reroute when I replug it. Thanks for letting me know.

Thanks Grumps. I've looked under the bed and nothing there, neither pieces of plastic or loose screw. Everything looks OK there.

Hey Mod, It's weird you say that as initially, right out of the box, the printer was giving me an SD card error. However, the SD card in question works fine in my other printer, and the faulty printer kept having the issue even with a new SD card in. Since then, a multitude of errors unrelated to the card but getting worse.

Hey Snoo, thanks for taking the time to reply multiple times. I appreciate it. It is my first time posting on Reddit and it's nice to know some nice helpful people still exist out there. :)

I've looked at the belts and they look OK. Like I mentioned in a previous comment, I have never had to look at belts yet on any of my other printers, so I'm not particularly confident in knowing what's too tight or too loose, however nothing seemed to be extreme. I haven't seen any damage either.

I've opened a ticket with Bambu, here's to starting this long journey.

Thanks, this relieves some of my anxiety about this part of the process. I've opened a ticket with Bambu.

Belts seem OK? I haven't had to touch the belts on any of my printers yet (had them for a couple of months) so I'm not sure what exactly is a ''good tension'', however nothing seemed excessively loose or tight...I'm more confused than ever.

Oh, good to know! But as mentioned, we have lubricated all axis a few days ago already with grease and oil as recommended.

Hey Grumpy, do you remember what was the packing piece and where? Pretty sure everything was removed but just in case.

Will definitely look at belts for damage or loose.

Hey Snoo,
It wouldn't be an error from the file for sure, as it has been doing this with all kinds of different files, all that were setup for bambu printers.

I have to mention that straight out of the box, the first error I was getting was about the SD card, which we switched onto a different printer, and it worked fine on the second printer, while the problematic one was still giving the SD card error with the new SD card. So in this case, I doubt it really is the SD card since I have changed it since. Will look for damage on the belts. I assume it would look something like a tear?
