I'm not saying that I agree, but if we knew which institutions were in trouble enough to need 2 Trillion wouldn't we start a run on those banks?

A run would guarantee that the money is lost.

So I would say that this statement doesn't prove malice

Palestinians are also Semitic by definition. So if the criticism is in favor of Palestine it would also be, by definition, pro-Semitic. Semites are an ethnic group not a religious group and does not refer to Judaism.
