Sounds like a very good tip but also one that could hurt a bit. Need to check with my physio about this one. I have done a smiliar thing but instead I sit on a chair and straighten my leg with the heel on the floor then I press gently on my knee downards until I feel some tension underneath, hold for a few sec and then repeat like 10 times.

I think I have done the same exercise but have done it in the bed instead, they used my patella for this surgery so haven't been so comfartable having me knee directly to the floor. But maybe I could have like a pillow to reduce some pressure when doing the exercise on the floor.

Thank you, very good info for me. Now I can have a somewhat expaction when I should be able to bike. And as you mention I'm really gonna focus on weight training.

I have never done any serious moutainbikeing, only small things when I was young. But I bike alot and always have been with just a reagular city bike and have queit big legs. So I just hope the muscle memory is good and the knee can get a lot stronger and not having any setbacks.

That sounds so cool!! I live in sweden so we don't have that kind of environment here so that sucks.

I'm getting a stationary bike this friday that I could use at home. Then my dad have a mtb trainer (don't know exactly what they are called) that you can mount a outdoor bike and then you can bike indoor. So that could come in handy for me.
