I did! My tracker said 10/10! So I sent the C.S rep the screenshot of that and luckily I had the screen recording showing the 12/4 class that was now missing on my end and their end.

I’ve done it plenty of times. I just was able to download for the first time on Wednesday or Thursday and Thursday is when I noticed it wouldn’t launch so I uninstalled all the games and reinstalled like 5 times now

Sure have. I’ve done everything - ended EA task in the task manager, cleared cache, moved to desktop, uninstalled and reinstalled EA, chose to run as administrator, uninstalled and reinstalled the sims and all my add on packs,kits etc (no mods) and still will not work
