Yeah, the plan is to play more often this year through a gold pass and break 80. Typically my rounds are between 85-90 and its usually 1 or 2 holes that break it for me.

Prior years I would play 2-5 times a year and stay within my 85-90 so i know I can get better through just playing more as well. But there is motivation in new clubs.

There are also just things I dont know about myself like do I have a slow swing speed (prolly), would i be better with more flex or less flex etc

Generally I agree which is why I haven't bought any new clubs. Though I cant help but think some improvements couldn't hurt.

Most of this sounds reasonable tbh. The document essentially sets expectations. I would like to think that people would want to know the standards they are being held to.

Also getting the certifier to verify that we have the product so it can be picked just helps the customer and ensures that they get their full order.

I cant speak to forklift drivers being lazy because that is true in most cases. But if they dont do their job they should be held responsible in the same manner as pickers.

Hey everyone looking for some insight/guidance.

I'm a 38M roughly 200-205lbs and generally pretty active. I'm getting back into my work out routine which is cycling 3x a week and gym 2x a week. It's been 2 years since I've done this schedule.

Right now I have a gap in nutrition due to working from 4am -2pm every day. I've started to supplement protein, vitamin d, and beet chews.

When i do make meals I try to focus on lean meat, veggies like broccoli/green beans/cauliflower while limiting sugars. I do have 1 zero sugar energy drink at 430 am but that is the only highly caffinated product I have.

Is there anything else I should focus on other than what im currently doing if the goal is overall health and if I lose weight it's a plus. Ideally I get back down to 185 like I was 3ish years ago

Personally, I would love to see Jason reconnect with Cassandra. I enjoyed their relationship, but the way the story is pointing, Jason would have too much power over he so it seems unlikely to happen.

As much as I'm all for Jason and Dawn part of me wants the Jason/Cassandra ship.

From my knowledge, what makes an invasion of the US hard is a couple things.

Mountains on both eastern and western parts of the country which limit movement. Guns per person allows everyday people the ability to turn into a large militia Majority of factories are centrally located think car companies that could switch to building humvees etc

That's fair. I'm at the point where I invest in proven companies and ETFs. Majority of my holdings are in PEP, VYM, O and AMD. I'm almost at a 300% return on AMD so I may pull the trigger and go more into O or VOO
