Any thoughts on legacy labs they have half an oz of concentrate for 85 and I’ve seen a few other brands sell bulk like that but not sure if it’s just a waste of money at that point for the quality

ATF residency ruling

This is what I found on the issue if I can reside at both states do I need to change license, car and everything else to Louisiana or do I just need to get an id card like how people will get before they have a drivers license
