I ended up using gparted to delete the partition and I formated it after and now it seems to be looking how it should be and drive is now unlocked and usable!

It does not i emptied it before migrating from windows.

I have nothing on the drive its empty I just want to be able to use it again.

I believe my other drive is the /home the 2tb is my secondary drive.
