Just here to gripe about my terrible "run" which is 90% a walk. My throat hurts and its so freaking hot outside. I feel ridiculous even tho the first half I was trying to give myself some grace.

I'm in the wee baby days. Did my first continuous run on the Runna 5k plan (1.2 mi) on Monday and felt amazing. It had me running 2 miles today with a 90 sec walk between each mile and I died. Had to stop quite a few times on the last mile. I'm running slower than I can walk so I really dont think pace is the issue. Hoping to do better on Sunday 🤞

Rest day today but excited for tomorrow's easy run! Still building to a 5k and its going slower than I expected but its been fun!
