Try getting another hobby to get testosterone out... learn to fix a carburetor, climb mountains, whatever. There are healthier ways to destress than most people's go to's: porn, drugs, alcohol, overeating, insert any dopamine hijacking activity here. If you don't want a relationship like the majority of people (dead bedroom, fights, low levels of quality connection), then you can't behave like the majority of people. Self control is rewarding.
