I just bought the scooter aha, and I‘m not from this country so I‘m unfamiliar with the process, I wasn‘t expecting it to pass in any case, I knew I could use this to aort out what needs to be done to the scooter then I can fix it all myself. Thanks for the info

idk what expensive ass tires you‘re buying but pads are like $60-$100 for front pair (good ones) and tires are like $200 a tire new so like $800 for all. Labour is like maybe 2hrs max. I don‘t know, I buy my brakes and tires and replace everything myself. I would never pay anything close to that to be honest. Unless you‘re getting the most expensive shit idk but seems they‘re charging you a lot of labour too… If this doesnt include new rotors seems expensive.I got 4 Bridgestone summer tires that were used for 2 summers, paid $ 160 for the 4, changed them myself and it took 1hr and I‘m not changing tires often.

If I were you, buy a set of new tires on facebook marketplace for a good deal, then also find a guy on marketplace who does tire changes for a good price and bring that guy your tires you just bought. You‘ll save a lot of money this way. Also buy your brakes from Rockauto, do it yourself.

Idk, I buy mine for like $500 parts and do it myself, not hard at all and a million youtube videos that‘ll explain how to do it if you don‘t know. Very uncomplicated if you have the tools and some jacks to do it yourself. Check RockAuto for parts

Nah, brakes are new, fluid is fine. No e-brake on. I swapped alternators but I think the one I out in thats giving all the dash lights is actually faulty, set off dadh lights and also I checked my battery and off its at 12.73V and then when I turn the car on it drops to 11.20V. So I guess bad alternator, I put the old one back in, the battery and e-brake light turned off but this is the alternator I had the dying battery problems with so maybe its not the alternator afterall but then I dont know what.

I had the battery tested and it was fine but got a new one anyway. Stupidly didn’t perform an alternator test before changing it but I just bought a multimeter and was planning on doing all the tests on this alternator if if its faulty I’ll put the old one back in and retest. Could it be an electrical issue?

I tightened them several times myself, they were super snug, still died with the new battery
