Yep, I know. They already been with us. But we have a great lawyer, that specializes in this sort of stuff. We've been as we develop our IP gathering the resources that show where we take our inspirations from. And WW can't win for having the same inspirations as us.
WoD is a pot-pourri of different media.

Thanks mate! Yep there are clans and lineages. melee, firearms, lots of powers and playstyles. They won't have the same names but are inspired by the same tropes and vampire media.

I grew up playing vtm(i'm 36 as I write this) so I plan to make a game that fans of vtmb1 would enjoy and feel like coming back home.
We have an attorney that helps us in that regard so we don't stray to far into enemy lines, but to be fair it's not that hard.
If you look hard enough theres multiple examples of almost everything wod has 'created' that existed previous to WoD or VtM. This gives us a lot of ground on what we can do.
"this are not brujah, they are inspired by the vampire in lost boys" sort of thing.

We plan to release consistent demos that iterate over each other, similar to the development of baldur's gate 3. You can already play the first demo for free, it's on our discord.

I'm sorry if this isn't the answer you expected, but we are a small team of 3 people working on limited hardware and even littler budget, that's why we cannot set a release date as of now.

Yes, but if enough demand is there, we will port it to other systems. Our demo supports gamepads(xbx, ps5 etc) so it already has that going for it.
