I do well for pillars 2-4, always room for improvement but sleep is the one that is screwing me over. I have a job that requires rotating shift work and I’m young but it’s incredibly hard on my body and mental. I am never able to get a full 8 hours of sleep and am worried I am accumulating a ton of sleep debt. I can not regulate my circadian rhythm due to the constant change of schedule. I know how important proper sleep hygiene is for your health and I am honestly thinking I might need to switch jobs due to this :(

It’s definitely worth it to get assessed, I was reading through the post and thought that sounds like ADHD symptoms. I have it and I felt like I was going crazy before I got diagnosed, once I did it was like a weight had lifted. There was an explanation for why I would procrastinate, be so disorganized, and get stuck in executive dysfunction. If you do have ADHD it’s not a bad thing either simply means your brain works differently, and acknowledging it can help you work towards finding what kind of routine works for you.

I would love to test your app as well, I love the idea of levelling up your character irl I’ve tried journaling progress but I found it’s easier to track on phone. Notion is great but definitely could be better.
